Refund Policy

At Uni1y, every piece is made with intention. We want you to love what you wear, and we stand behind the quality of everything we put out.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on sale items, which are final sale.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
